The Montecito Mixers are designed with our travel advisors at the core. We tailor the events to accommodate their requirements, desires, and input. Each event has over 80 advisors on average in attendance, and over 125 during the annual the global showcase. 

Attendees have full control to organize their schedule and operate your virtual booth. You can reserve slots that align with their availability and arrange appointments according to their preferred timings. Additionally, partners have the chance to exhibit products and services at dedicated virtual booth. As a host agency we understand that building strong relationships, especially in the travel industry, is crucial for success. 

The Montecito Mixers also point out that word of mouth is a particularly impactful element of business development, and it's easily overlooked. 

To ensure all of partners and advisors have a chance to participate, the Montecito Mixer is hosted 4 times a year with the following themes:

Leveraging Technology to Bring Us Together
Montecito Mixers are hosted on Brella's virtual meeting platform that features chat, digital booth, scheduling, "matchmaking" based on advisor interest, live support and other capabilities. Trivia Time has quickly become a fan favorite during the mixers using the interactive trivia software Slido.

This is the really fun part. We offer every advisor gift card incentives for attending the mixer, trivia & sometimes even hotel stays, cruises, or MVT merch for those who attended the most meetings, or engaged the most in some way. Each event boasts over $2,500 in giveaways.
