May I share a room with another advisor? Yes. While we cannot match singles looking to share accommodations, you are welcome to share with another advisor. Simply request a room and indicate that you are looking for a double. Be sure to include the name of the person you’ll be sharing with in the roommate field.
May my spouse/significant other attend the conference? Yes, your spouse or significant other may attend; however, they will not be able to participate in any meetings or official conference events.
I am interested in either a pre-/post-stay. Are there options available to me? Yes, pre- and post-stay options will be available. Please look out for an email announcing our pre- and post-information release.
Is there a dress code?
